If you are looking to increase the density of housing units on your site, we can help you do feasibility studies, massing studies, develop conceptual design options, and then take your project through the design, permitting and construction process. In this example study, we looked at density from 14 to 30 single family homes on about .6 acres, including stacked flats, townhomes and a mix of both. We concluded that about 17-19 townhome units was the sweet spot for compatibility with the character of the neighborhood and provided a financial performa that worked.
