MRCi is currently working with the Alki UCC’s Future Story Team to address both short and long term planning for their almost 100 year old campus in West Seattle.

Originally founded in 1926 and then adding a new mid-century modern sanctuary in 1958, the church campus has a long history of supporting the neighborhood and the broader community. Both the original and new sanctuaries can be seen in the photo above.
A broad scope of services include
- Create a conceptual master plan, with short term and long-term goals and priorities.
- Evaluate how existing facilities can accommodate new tenants that match the objectives and vision of the church.
- Provide design guidance regarding the existing facilities, including maintenance, repairs, changes in occupants/tenants, changes to functions of spaces, new programs and uses, remodeling, and additions.
- Full planning and design services
- Owner’s Representative services
