GREEN BUILDING PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Twin Lakes Office Complex: Roles included programming, master planning, eco-charrette facilitator, design architect, LEED administration, and architect of record. LEED-NC Gold Certified September 2005. This was the 5th LEED project ever certified in Florida at the time, and the highest scoring LEED project in Florida 2005-2009. Award winning.
Offices for Carlson Studio Architecture: Roles included owner, developer, eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record. LEED-CI Silver Certified December 2007. This was the 3rd CI project certified in Florida at the time. Award Winning
HGTV 2009 Green Home: Roles included eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record. LEED for Homes Platinum Certified March 2009. Featured in the TV special on HGTV in 2009. What makes it Green? Award Winning.
Gateway Bank: Roles included eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record. LEED-NC Certified March 2010. A major remodeling of an existing bank building.
Learning Gate Community School: Role included eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record. LEED-Schools Platinum Certified June 2010. Using modular construction techniques and cutting edge building systems. Award Winning.
Janie’s Garden Residence Community Center: Roles included eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record. LEED-NC Silver Certified July 2010. A community Center for a multi-family Public Housing Complex.
Lakewood Ranch Plastic Surgery: Roles included eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record LEED-CI Certified October 2010. A commercial tenant buildout. Award Winning.
Cancer Support Community (aka Center for Building Hope): Roles included programming, eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record. LEED-NC Gold Certified March 2011. Award Winning.
Palm Ave Parking Garage/City of Sarasota: Role- green building consultant, eco-charrette facilitator, to the design and construction management teams, LEED-CS Gold Certified in February 2012. Award Winning.
Floating Marina Services Building: Forever Resorts, Searchlight, Nevada (Cottonwood Cove Marina) Roles: programming, eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and architect of record. LEED-NC Gold Certification in 2013.
Audubon Nature Center for Audubon Sarasota: Roles included eco-charrette facilitator, design architect and Architect of record, LEED-NC Gold Certified 2016, Net Zero Energy Project (New Buildings Institute Net Zero Certified) Award Winning.
